Craftstone Vintage Ledgestone and Mountain Ledgestone used extensively in award winning Showhome: Excerpt from Creative Space thank you letter - Last week Creative Space Architectural Design entered our new Show Home/Architectural office/Home into the Architectural Designers of New Zealand Regional Design Awards (ADNZ Design Awards for short). We had an awesome night with our associates form the Waikato and Bay of Plenty and collected a Residential Interiors Award for the best architectural interior.

Creative Space both designed and project managed this home to ensure our original intentions matched the finished product. To do this we used the products and service providers that we knew would deliver the quality that we required. We also assembled an amazing team of professional tradesman that put it all together without incident.

The results truly speak for themselves and I can not say enough about the fundamental level of success this home possesses. With the assets of the site carefully considered, and with a very detailed brief established, we set about the task of finding the correct design solutions. We believe that great design creates great value and this home is testament to that fact.

We now intend to open the home (by appointment) to any new home builders or renovators to see exactly what can be achieved when brief, good planning, budget and project management come together successfully. Creative Space will also now be offering a complete service from concept to turn key completion for those that wish to recruit our experience and expertise to deliver their custom designed homes to them...more on that later...
