PROJECTS IN PROGRESS - SCHIST CLAD

Here are some projects we are currently working on. We will be sure to keep you updated as the projects progress...

NORTH HARBOUR STONEMASONS. Matakana, Auckland

This project is a private residence in Matakana.  The home was designed and built by David Reid Homes.

The Coromandel Green schist compliments the large undercover patio and muted colour palette.  The stonework draws your eye to the large space making it the focal point of the room.

The adjacent columns to this fireplace were also clad in the Coromandel Green Schist Clad.

Steve has done a great job getting the balance right between the green and brown accent pieces.

STONEWORKS. Tauranga

An excellent example of the Cape Brown Schist Clad used in a residential application.  Stonework was added to the patio columns and along the fence line.

This particular colour gives a very rustic feel and ties in the natural tones from the surrounding finishes.

Paul is an accomplished applicator in both the natural and manufactured ranges.  As you can see, stonelaying for him is like riding a bicycle.

REMARKABLE STONE. Flat Bush, Auckland.

This is a fine example of a Schist Clad installation in the Basalt/Cape Brown mix colour.  Greg has ensured the corners were done to perfection, and the finished product looks great!

This is what you can expect from a South Island stonemason!

There is more stone to come on the interior double volume fireplace.  We'll update you with more exterior pics once the home is completed.
